DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST: During April 2025, Youth members and their parents may work together to complete BANZAI Financial literacy courses at tctfcu.org to enter to win a prize from TCT Federal Credit Union. Parents or guardians must enter on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.

- CONTEST REQUIREMENTS -

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to members of TCT Federal Credit Union who are individual residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of contest. Employees of TCT Federal Credit Union, their immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit tctfcu.org and complete the official contest entry form, including the required “Certificate of Completion” from Banzai. Additional required information includes your name, age, mailing address, city, state, and zip code, phone number, email address, and the best time to contact you. All entries must be completed and received by 12:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025. PLEASE NOTE: TCT reserves the right to share your first name, age, and city of residence for promotional purposes, such as press releases, social media, marketing materials, website use, and any other marketing and promotional activities hosted by TCT Federal Credit Union. Should any other information be needed, TCT Federal Credit Union will contact you directly for further inquiry.

FULL ENTRY FORM: All official entry forms must include a Banzai Online Financial Literacy Certificate of completion to be considered a completed entry. This can be any one of the three courses offered online, including:

• BANZAI JR. Youth members and their parents may work together to complete Banzai Jr. (for ages up to 12 years old). Banzai Junior uses the storyline of a summer lemonade stand and the goal of a new bike or hoverboard for the financially daring to teach concepts like interest and fees, envelope budgeting, and discretionary income. This course also weaves in activities like quizzes and counting currency. Banzai Jr. is available in both English and Spanish!
• BANZAI TEEN Created for users aged 13-18, youth members and their parents may work together to complete Banzai Teen gives teens the opportunity to work through real-life financial problems in a safe environment. Throughout the course, the user's goal is to save enough money to register at Vanderbilt Community College, but unforeseen challenges and quirky scenarios make reaching that goal not-so-straightforward just like real life! Plus, Banzai Teen can be played in English or Spanish.
• BANZAI PLUS Designed for users 16 and up, Banzai Plus calls for users to embrace adult-sized obstacles and learn about concepts from paying off debt to credit scores. Like all Banzai courses, Plus shows users how to spend their money on what matters most and how decisions have far-reaching consequences. Plus is available in both English and Spanish!

4. PRIZE: The prize must be picked up in person by the Parent or their guardian at one of our TCT Federal Credit Union branch locations unless agreed upon by both parties. Prizes will be assigned at the end of the contest period. All entrants will receive a prize. Prizes range from a teen membership for 1 month at the Saratoga Regional YMCA group of facilities OR a 1-day pass to Six Flags Great Escape Theme Park in Lake George, N.Y. OR (2) 1-day pass(es) to the World Awareness Children’s Museum in Glens Falls, N.Y. TCT reserves the right to report prize value and winner’s name to the IRS and NYS Department of Tax and Finance.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the promotion voluntarily and that the full rules and details of the promotion have been made available to them in writing. They, therefore, understand and agree that neither TCT Federal Credit Union nor its employees shall have any liability with respect to any damages incurred as a result of accepting and using a prize. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules or the rights and obligations of participants or TCT Federal Credit Union in connection with the promotion shall be governed by and construed by the internal laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules provisions that would cause the application of any other state laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. TCT Federal Credit Union reserves the right to amend these contest rules at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. TCT Federal Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, violating these official rules, copyright infringement, or infringing on the rights of a third party. The information you provide will be used by TCT Federal Credit Union, which will use your submission in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in these official rules and its privacy policy, available on our website at tctfcu.org.
