2024 Thankful to be a TCT Member Contest

OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, WINNER MUST BE A MEMBER OF TCT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

1. DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST: The TCT Federal Credit Union Contest is designed to allow entrants to win a prize at random.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Promotions are open only to individual residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of contest. The winners must be TCT Federal Credit Union members, and membership will be verified. TCT Federal Credit Union employees and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household ARE NOT ELIGIBLE to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The contest follows the regulations provided by the New York State Credit Union Association. Void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Visit TCTFCU.org and fill out the contest prize online entry form. Criteria needed include Name, physical mailing address, member age, email, and phone of the person entering as well as a reason why they are thankful to be a member of TCT. *If a TCT member does not have access to a computer, they may call and verify their membership to request a member of the TCT FCU staff manually enter the contest on their behalf. Entries will be accepted beginning Monday, November 11th. All entries must be completed and received by Friday, November 22nd, 2024, at 11:59 pm.

4. WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be conducted with the winners announced on Monday, November 25, 2024, from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by a representative of TCT Federal Credit Union, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted and notified via email and phone. The winner's name and city of residence will be posted on TCT Federal Credit Union’s social media accounts and website. Entrants’ names and reasons stating why they are grateful to be a member of TCT may also be shared in any promotional or marketing material utilized to promote TCT Federal Credit Union. Entrant agrees to not seek compensation for utilizing their personal statements submitted on the entry form. If a potential winner is deemed ineligible an alternate winner will be selected (See Section 2 for requirements).

5. PRIZE: there will be 10 separate winners each receiving a $50 Hannaford gift card. The prize will be delivered by the USPS to the address provided on the online entry form. A mailing address to receive the prizes is necessary to enter.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the promotion of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the promotion have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither TCT Federal Credit Union nor its employees have any liability concerning any damages incurred out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these rules.

7. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules or the rights and obligations of participants or TCT Federal Credit Union in connection with the promotion shall be governed by and construed following the internal laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules provisions that would cause the application of any other state laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. TCT Federal Credit Union reserves the right to amend these contest rules without prior notice, at its sole discretion. TCT Federal Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these official rules, copyright infringement, or infringement of the rights of a third party.
