If you want to pay your TCT loan or simply transfer money to your TCT account from another financial institution, we offer two convenient options.
TCT Staff-Initiated Transaction
We're happy to help you move money from another bank. You can speak with a TCT Member Solutions Advisor at 1-800-721-8288 or visit any TCT location. There is a $6 convenience fee for each transaction.
Self-Initiated Transaction
Self-initiated transactions via our website can be made via ACH or debit/credit card. To use this service, you’ll need your TCT member number and the email address, date of birth, and the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number to Register. If you select to pay from an external account via ACH, you will need the account # and routing # from the other financial institution. To move money from another bank to your TCT account, you’ll need the login information you created at registration. There is a $3 convenience fee for this service.
You can set up a recurring payment from the account of your choice. There is a $1.00 fee per transaction for this service.
The maximum ACH limit per transaction is $2,500.
The maximum Debit/Credit Card transaction limit is $5,000.
All transactions processed before 9:00 pm Eastern Time will be processed the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Fees:
- $6.00 Convenience Fee for TCT Staff-Initiated Transactions via in-branch or by phone
- $3.00 Convenience Fee for Self-Initiated Transactions via our website
- $1.00 Convenience Fee for Recurring Auto Payments
- $5.00 fee will be imposed for any returned ACH transaction
Please remember that loan payments made from a TCT FCU account are free and simple to make using Online Banking. Please use the 'MY ACCOUNT' login above to access your TCT FCU account. If you are not enrolled in online banking you can Enroll Now or open a TCT Checking or Savings Account online.
