April is Youth Financial Literacy Month
April marks the 22nd anniversary of Financial Literacy Month. TCT Federal Credit Union believes in educating our youth about financial decisions early so that they’ll have a path to their dreams and success.
Open a youth savings account with TCT and teach a child a lifetime of healthy money habits.
In April, open a youth account with TCT, and we’ll put the first $5 in your share account! In addition, all youth members can take our Banzai! Online Financial Literacy courses for an opportunity to win a prize from our community partners in education.

More about our Community Partners in Education

Six Flags Great Escape Theme Park has teamed up with TCT FCU to empower and educate our youth. Six Flags provides resources for local educators with their Free Teacher Day at the park and by hosting local science and math classes to utilize the park for educational days and events. A national corporation, with the Charlie Wood support of our hometown, Six Flags is a true asset to the community. They have provided day passes to the park for any day of the 2025 season.
The World Awareness Children’s Museum brings a diverse world through hands-on play space, art exhibits and educational programs. So, enrich your child through hands-on education and the World Awareness Children’s Museum is a community partner for 2 years in a row. WACM has provided pairs of tickets as prizes to the museum.
The Saratoga Regional YMCA serves multiple communities in the tri-county area. They’re a partner in education through the eyes of wellness. They strive for good physical and mental health for our communities and residents within each. We have partnered with them with 1-month Teen Memberships to provide a well-rounded wellness lifestyle from finances to physique.
