CO-OP Shared Branching

TCT Members now have expanded access to over 5,500 Shared Branches across the United States.

Even when traveling far from TCT branches, you can access services at a CO-OP Shared Branch with your TCT Member Number and a valid ID.

This service enhancement means that TCT members can conduct financial transactions at other participating credit unions, including:

  • Deposit money

  • Withdraw money

  • Make a loan payment (sorry, no mortgages)

  • Transfer money to another account

  • Review your account information and last 10 transactions

Traveling out of state? Here's what you need to know.

If you are conducting transactions at a shared branching location that is not in the state you currently reside in, and you are presenting an out-of-state ID, a Teller will ask you to identify and authenticate yourself using the IDCheck verification process to ensure that only authorized users are accessing your account.

How It Works:
  • Ask for and scan the QR code located in the branch or visit verify.coop.org to register.
  • Select your credit union’s name from a drop-down list.
  • Enter your member number and the last four digits of your social security number.
  • Upload a photo of your ID.
  • Take a selfie photo.
  • Show your one-time passcode to the teller (passcode is valid for 20 minutes).

Tip: Save your validation for an even quicker experience next time!

Transactions are performed by Tellers at Shared Branches (not by phone).

Services at Shared Branch locations throughout the U.S. may vary. If you plan to visit, please call the branch in our shared branching network for the most up to date hours/services available.
