You can check your mobile deposit history within the mobile deposit function of the mobile banking app. Click on check history and then click on the item to view the status description.
To login to the TCT Mobile Banking App, you will need;
- Your account number or username
- The same password you use to login to online banking
- Your email address on file for this account
- To answer a security question
If you are attempting to log in for the first time, you will need the following information:
- Member account number,
- email address,
- Last 4 of your Social Security Number
- Address Number ONLY
Once your request has been submitted our system will validate the information provided and will generate a 1-time password to be used for the initial login.

The TCT Mobile Banking App is compatible with iPhone, iPad, iPod touch running on iOS 11.2 or later, and Android 4.0 or higher.
You can view your account transactions, transfer money between your TCT accounts or other banks, pay bills, deposit checks, apply for a loan, locate TCT locations, surcharge-free Allpoint ATMs, view e-Statements, send secure messages to TCT, update your email address, and password, view featured rates, and control your TCT debit and credit cards, and report a lost or stolen debit or credit card.
- You will need to include the wording: For Mobile Deposit Only TCTFCU
- Sign the check (by both payees if the check is written to more than one person).
- Include your account number to be deposited into
If checks are endorsed incorrectly the funds will NOT be credited to your account
Depositing a check in a branch is faster than depositing a check online. Checks may also be deposited at any of our 4 branch ATMs.
If you need to cancel a mobile deposit you recently made, please call or stop in your local branch.
We recommend that you store your original checks for 60 days and that you do not write VOID on the checks until they have been deposited.
